Support Options
- Ad-Hoc
- You are charged an hourly rate and response time is usually next working day
- All hardware that needs to be replaced is borne by the customer
- Contract
- Terms of a contract are agreed in advance
- Response time is usually same business day
- In certain cases (depending on terms of contract) certain items will be repaired or replaced without cost
- Contact agreement is a fixed cost and can be cancelled with 30 days notice

- Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 (except for data transfer to a new PC)
- Non Standard hardware (Alpha)
