You are charged an hourly rate and response time is usually next working day
All hardware that needs to be replaced is borne by the customer
Contract
Terms of a contract are agreed in advance
Response time is usually same business day
In certain cases (depending on terms of contract) certain items will be repaired or replaced without cost
Contact agreement is a fixed cost and can be cancelled with 30 days notice
What we do not support
Mac systems
Windows 95, 98, ME (except for data transfer to a new PC)
Windows 2000 will also no longer be supported from December 2007.
